With over 10 years of experience in professional sport and performance training, I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and private gym owner specialising in strength and conditioning.
My background in football performance training allows me to bring elite-level methods into every session. I offer dedicated 1-to-1 coaching in my private gym, with sessions typically lasting 45–60 minutes, focused on delivering the quality each client needs rather than sticking to a strict clock. The emphasis is always on effective training, individual attention, and helping clients achieve real, lasting results, whether that’s improving performance, building fitness, or working towards personal goals.

THE GYM
My private gym is based in Glenboig, Glasgow, providing a focused and professional environment for 1-to-1 training sessions. The facility is easily accessible, with quick links to the M73 and M80, making it convenient for clients travelling from Glasgow, Cumbernauld, Coatbridge and the surrounding areas. With dedicated parking available and a private training space, you can train without the crowds, distractions, or waiting for equipment often found in commercial gyms.
