Service Description

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer and private gym owner, I offer focused 1-to-1 personal training sessions designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and achieve measurable results. With over 10 years of experience in professional sport and a background in football strength and conditioning, every session is structured using proven training methods used by athletes. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and fitness level. You’ll train in a private gym environment without the distractions of a commercial gym, allowing you to focus fully on your progress. Sessions include a structured warm-up, strength and conditioning work, performance or fitness training, and coaching on technique to ensure you train safely and effectively. Through dedicated 1-to-1 coaching, you’ll receive personalised programming, expert guidance, and accountability every step of the way to help you push your limits and achieve real results.
